Today’s look :
What can I say …. I love burgundy!
All Inglot Eyeshadows used for this look.
It took extra blending to achive the look i wanted as i mixed red eyeshadow with black eyeshadow to achive the burgundy colour. I am hunting a matte red burgundy eyeshadow since last autumn & haven’t yet come accross the exact one yet…
As mentioned above extra blending was needed & 2 blending brushes, my fav blending brush is Mac 217. I started with the red matte eyeshadow by Inglot no. 366 & blend it in the crease. Then to darken it I blended over Inglot matte black eyeshadow no. 63. You’ll have to be extra carefull as this is very pigmented. I repeted this a few times until i got the results I wanted. On the lid i went for Inglot matte eyeshadow again in no. 351 which is an off white colour that i will have to repurchase soon as i use this one a lot along with Mac Blanc Type.
To add a bit of drama to the look i used Collection Felt tip eyeliner in Extreme Black, power lash Clinique Mascara in Black & Mac Smolder eye pencil on the top & bottom waterline.
Under the eyes i blended a bit of the black & red eyeshadow again.
Clinique Beyond Perfecting, shade 06 Ivory
Mac Springsheen blush
Clinique Bronzer Sunkissed
Clinique Superfine eyebrow pencil in 03 Deep Brown & to set Mac eyebrow gel in clear.
Last but but not least Mac Diva on the lips, one of my fav dark lipsticks recommended by a good friend of mine.
Hope you all like it…
